Emma Watson looked effortlessly elegant on Wednesday as she left her hotel to head to a show during Milan Fashion Week.
The actress, 33, stepped out in a preppy style outfit, donning a blue pinstripe collared shirt tucked into denim jeans.
She layered a beige tailored coat over the top and added to the classic school uniform inspired get-up by tying a tan jumper around her shoulders.
The Harry Potter star added a gold gemstone necklace and toted her essentials in a small black Prada handbag.
Emma completed her chic aesthetic with oversized sunglasses and the staple of the preppy look – a pair of black leather loafers.

Emma has taken a step back from the spotlight in recent years, to explore other career avenues and interests.
She chose to take a break from being in front of the camera, with her last film, Little Women, released in 2019.
In that time, she has directed a Prada fragrance commercial and has also completed an MA in Creative Writing at University of Oxford, where she wrote a play.
She also recently joined forces with her brother Alex to set up a gin business called Renais, made from upcycling grapes from vineyards – including their father Chris’ in France.
In December, Emma admitted she is ‘so glad’ she made the decision, because it has given her ‘more autonomy’.
Speaking to British Vogue about the change, she said: ‘Because I’m in a career that moves very quickly, the decision to take time to do these things felt like a very big decision.’
The star believes in the astrological concept of a ‘Saturn return’, when Saturn returns to the position it was in when you were born, which happens roughly every 27 to 29 years and is meant to cause realignment in a person’s life.
Emma said she sometimes felt the characters she played on screen were ‘much realer’ than she was and taking a break has given her more freedom.

She said: ‘I’m just so glad that I did [step away from acting] because I have this feeling of having my own voice and creative space and sovereignty in some way that I don’t think I did before – more autonomy.
‘I’m so glad that I allowed things to be messy for a minute and to really allow myself to not know [what’s next], because the knowing that I’ve come to, I wouldn’t trade that for anything.’
Emma said focusing on herself has given her a new perspective on Hollywood where she is constantly surrounded by beautiful and successful people.
She said none of it really matters if you are not happy with what you are doing when the cameras aren’t watching.
Last month, Emma appeared in a video for Vogue, where she shed light on what she is working on professionally and revealed she has branched from acting into writing and directing.
She said: ‘I’ve been writing and directing, and I’m really enjoying it. It started in Covid and I realised how much I loved it and that I wanted to keep doing that.
‘And so I’m actually studying that now. To direct something I’d written one day… That would make me pretty excited.
‘I don’t see myself as stepping away from acting I just see myself expanding what I do… to really be at the front of a project takes time. Films can be decades in the making…

‘Finding it and writing it and putting it together. I don’t see it as a closing down I see it as an opening up.’
Emma has become one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses after her iconic role as Hermione in the Harry Potter franchise, going on to star in Beauty And The Beast and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
She is also a prolific activist, being a founding member of Time’s Up UK and a UN Women Goodwill ambassador.
In 2014, she gave a hugely influential speech at the UN Headquarters, advocating for gender equality and explaining that feminism is ‘the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities’ and the perception that it is about ‘man-hating’ is something that ‘has to stop’.
Emma has also spoken out to promote environmental justice, the Black Lives Matter movement, the Palestine cause and transgender rights, pitting herself against J.K. Rowling
